Practice Areas: Bankruptcy law and commercial litigation

If you have a bankruptcy challenge, Winnifred Boylan can offer solutions. Winnifred represents clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, including debtors, trustees and creditors. She also offers commercial litigation services in both the federal and state courts of Michigan.

Winnifred's experience in the bankruptcy arena provides clients with an invaluable tool for resolving commercial/business disputes. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve a more positive outcome.

"People sometimes view corporations and individuals involved in litigation, whether bankruptcy, commercial or otherwise, in a negative light," Winnifred explains. "The reality, though, is that bankruptcy or litigation of any type is often beyond any one person's immediate control. Market conditions, unexpected tragedies or the like may be the driving force behind many disputes. My goal is to resolve disputes. Properly structured bankruptcies and out-of-court settlements, which minimize legal costs and time involvement, enable individuals and companies to become more productive contributors to the community. Nevertheless, if the only avenue for resolution is through the courtroom, then I am fully prepared to take that journey."

Winnifred holds Martindale Hubbell's highest AV rating of "very high to superior" legal ability and integrity based upon confidential surveys of her peers. She is also listed in the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
