Richard Milster tells it like it is. He is a litigator, and that's serious business. Rich recognizes that, to make good decisions, his clients need information. They need to know not only the likelihood of attaining their desired outcome but also the potential costs of getting there.

Rich represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, personal injury and family law litigation. He focuses on helping his clients get through the emotional aspects that are virtually always present in litigation, while pressing forward to get their cases resolved as efficiently as possible. This requires quick evaluation of the merits of pursuing or defending a lawsuit combined with thorough trial preparation and vigorous and aggressive representation at trial.

“I strive to help my clients stay as productive as possible in their own businesses while I handle the business of litigation,” Rich says. “No one wants to be tied up in legal battles, so I work hard to achieve the desired results and help my clients get the litigation behind them.”

Rich has broad general practice experience in the state courts. As such, he is often called upon to evaluate other cases in litigation. He demonstrates his commitment to the Bay City area in other ways as well, by serving in a variety of leadership roles.

“You have to realize that to help your community prosper, you have to be active,” Rich says. “Join community groups; chair a fundraiser. You can help make good, concrete things happen.”

He sees a lot of good things happening at Lambert, Leser, Isackson, Cook & Giunta. “I’m proud to be part of this firm. Every attorney here demonstrates integrity, expertise and commitment. We practice law at its highest level.”
