Auto Negligence

Lambert Leser practices automobile negligence law, including the identification and recovery of benefits pursuant to Michigan’s No-Fault Insurance Law. These benefits include payment of medical expenses, wage loss, replacement cost services, and nursing services for those injured in accidents and survivors’ benefits for those who have lost a spouse or parent.

They also represent clients in the pursuit of uninsured or underinsured motorist benefits when applicable. Our attorneys are experienced in representing individuals who may have a cause of action against the at-fault driver for economic damages and non-economic damages (permanent serious disfigurement, serious impairment of a bodily function or wrongful death) relating to an automobile accident.
