Keith represents both debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and he negotiates and drafts commercial loan documents and leases for financial institutions, private investors, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Keith has significant experience representing clients in the foodservice industry. He advises restaurant owners on health and sanitation issues, compliance with state and federal laws, and regulations regarding the preparation and sale of food products and liquor license applications. Keith joined Lambert Leser fresh out of law school in 1988, but personal circumstances prompted him to move to Detroit to accept a position with a large law firm in 1991.
