Having worked for years with the national defense agencies of the federal government, Adam Bruski understands a client's need for security. Business operations and legal situations all involve some measure of risk and uncertainty. Adam knows that well-informed clients armed with strategic plans can mitigate that risk and uncertainty.

"Few challenges are truly insurmountable," Adam says. "Once you've identified the obstacles you face and developed a plan for dealing with them, the challenges become much more manageable." Adam is committed to ensuring that every client is equipped with the information they need to make the best decisions possible.

Adam focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. Representative clients include Blue Water Automotive Systems, Dow Corning, Linamar Corporation, PNC Bank/National City, Reko Tool & Mould, and the Michigan Gaming Control Board. Adam has worked in a wide array of cases including the bankruptcies of Chrysler, General Motors, Greektown Casino, Delphi, Plastech, and Blue Water Automotive Systems. He has also contributed to presentations at American Bankruptcy Institute conferences and various industry publications.
